UNSPIRAL is a free 20-minute guided felt sense meditation — woven with my voice and live flute — designed to bring your awareness slowly, gently, back into your body.

No pushing. No forcing stillness. Just a warm, curious journey through your own felt sense, until the mind quiets and the body remembers it is safe.

About this practice

This is a felt sense meditation — which means we don't try to empty the mind. We give it somewhere warmer to go. I'll guide your attention slowly through the body, area by area, with the quality of warm curiosity. The kind you'd bring to something you genuinely want to understand.

My voice is accompanied by live flute — an instrument that resonates directly with the nervous system and invites the body into safety without a single word needing to be said.

You don't need any meditation experience. You don't need to be good at being still.
